Carried on the tradition of local talent donning the Miner uniform... played a combined eight minutes in four games ... best showing came in the win against Alcorn State (12/20/09), where she recorded two rebounds and a steal.

PRIOR TO UTEP: Three-year standout for Eastwood HS, where she helped the squad to a 31-6 mark and a Bi-District title and an appearance in the McDonald[apos]s Invitational in 2008 ... two-time All-District performer (2007-08 & 2008-09) while earning honorable-mention all city as a senior as well ... four-time member of school[apos]s honor roll and all state and all district academic team ... member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society.
