UTEP Miners

The UTEP men's golf team is in 12th place heading into Thursday's final round of the National Invitational Tournament in Tucson, Ariz.

The Miners compiled rounds of 302 and 308 for a total of 610 on Wednesday's opening day. TCU heads up the 14-team field with 569.

UTEP's Johnny Duncan is tied for 45th place (seven-over-par 151), Tanner Taff is tied for 60th place (153), Jerry Castrellon is tied for 65th place (155), Devin Miertschin is tied for 68th place (156) and David Persons is tied for 75th place (157).
