Keeton Announces 2025 UTEP Soccer Slate, Season Tickets on Sale Now

EL PASO, Texas – UTEP soccer head coach Gibbs Keeton released the 2025 schedule Thursday. The Miners will play a 17-game regular-season campaign, highlighted by eight home contests.

UTEP will face nine non-conference opponents before Conference USA play begins. After tuning up for the year with an exhibition match at New Mexico (8/7), the Miners will kick off the season at home on August 14 when they welcome Abilene Christian to University Field.
 
The remaining non-conference home slate is comprised of matches against Texas Southern (8/17), Tarleton State (8/28), and Stephen F. Austin (8/31).
 
UTEP's first road test comes at UCR (8/21). Other non-conference away tilts include Cal State Fullerton (8/24), Idaho (9/4), Boise State (9/7), and Arizona State (9/12).
 
League play begins Sept. 19 when the Miners head to LA Tech, with away matches at Sam Houston (10/12), WKU (10/16), and Middle Tennessee (10/19) also in the lineup.
 
UTEP will host four CUSA home contests, taking on Liberty (9/25), new conference foe Delaware (9/28), and Kennesaw State (10/4) in a three-game homestand before welcoming rival NM State in the Battle of I-10 (10/25) for the final game of the regular season.
 
The CUSA Championships will be hosted by Liberty Nov. 2-7 in Lynchburg, Va.
