2022 INDOOR (SENIOR)
- Competed in the weight throw and shot put at the Dr. MLK Jr. Collegiate Invitational and New Mexico Team Open.
- Competed in the shot put at the Conference USA Championships.
2021 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)
- Recorded a personal-best 50.30-meter (165-0) hurl, placing seventh in the discus at the Conference USA Championships.
- Set a personal record with a 54.71-meter (179-6) mark in the hammer throw, finishing third at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open.
- Captured second place in the shot put (15.73m [51-7.25]) and third in the discus throw (47.30m [155-2]) at the Don Kirby.
- Placed third in the discus (46.95m [154-0]) and fourth in the hammer throw (52.00m [170-7]) at the Bobcat Invitational.
2020 OUTDOOR
- Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 INDOOR (JUNIOR)
- Finished in fourth in the shot put, posting a 16.23m (53’3”) mark at the Conference USA Championships
- Hit a personal-best 17.47m (57’3.75”) mark in the shot put, placing third at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic.
- Recorded a personal-best 16.25m (53’3.75”) mark in the weight throw at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational.
- At the Texas Tech Corky Classic, tossed 15.46m (50’8.75’) in the shot put (sixth place) and 14.91m (48’11”) in the weight throw (eighth place).
- Registered a 15.81m (51’10.5”) mark in the weight throw at the C-USA Championships.
2019 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
- Capped 2018 campaign with a bronze-medal finish with a toss 48.40m in the discus at the Conference USA Championships.
- Finished fifth in the shot put with a career-best toss of 16.98m at the C-USA Championships.
- Placed in fourth with a 16.33m throw in the shot put at the Texas A&M Invitational.
- Opened the outdoor season with a silver medal in the hammer throw with a career-best 49.11m toss in the hammer throw, a third-place finish in the shot put (15.30m), and finished fourth in the discus throw (41.36m) at the UTEP Springtime.
2019 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
- Placed second in the shot put with a throw of 15.54m for a second-place finish at the Texas A&M Triangular.
- Recorded a career-best 15.75m in the shot put, placing in fifth place at the Conference USA Championships.
- Registered a throw of 15.75m at the New Mexico Classic (seventh place).
- Secured third place at the Texas Tech Corky Classic with a toss of 14.89m in the weight throw.
2018 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
- Opened the 2018 season with a first-place finish in the hammer throw (44.28m) and a silver finish in the shot put (13.71m).
- Saw action in four meets in the shot put, discus and hammer throw.
- Competed at the C-USA Championships in all three events posting a career best in the hammer throw (45.12m).
- Registered a personal best in the discus at the Desert Heat Classic with a mark of 43.85m.
2018 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
- Finished 13th at the Conference USA Indoor Track and Field Championships with a career best of 14.60m (47-11) in the shot put.
- Competed at the Commodore Invitational with a 12.24m (40-2) shot put to take 10th place and a 12.09m (39-8) weight throw to snag 11th place.
- Secured 11th place in the weight throw with a mark of 12.62m (41-5.25) at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational.
- Participated at the Texas Tech Classic with a fifth-place finish in the shot put with a distance of 13.92m (45-8).
- Recorded a personal best with a weight throw of 14.24m (46-8.75) at the New Mexico Classic.
PRIOR TO UTEP
- Notched a silver and bronze medal at the UIL 6A District Championship in the shot put and discus, respectively.
- Posted two personal best in the shot put and discus in the 48-5.25 and 119-4, respectively at UIL 6A Area meet.
- Advanced to the finals in the discus at the UIL 6A Region meet.
- During junior season, claimed silver in the discus at the 1-6A District Championship.
- Qualified to the 6A Area Championship in the discus.
PERSONAL: Son of Aida Coronado … has two brothers … graduated in the Spanish Honor Society … played football for the Cougars and was invited to participate at the El Paso All-Star game ... pursuing a Master's in Defense & Strategic Studies.
