2018 INDOOR: Opened the season at the Commodore Invitational helping the 4x400m to a fourth place finish with a time of 3:47.50 and 14th in the 400m (59.79) …. helped the 4X400m relay team take fourth overall at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational with a clocking of 3:51.72 … set a new personal-best in the 600m with a time of 1:37.82 at the New Mexico Classic ... clocked 3:44.90 in the 4x400m relay taking fifth place and posting a time of 57.17 in the 400m at the Conference USA Indoor Track and Field Championships.

2017 OUTDOOR: Competed at the C-USA Championships, running a personal-best time of 55.82 in the 400m and … helped the women’s team claim first conference outdoor title posting a silver medal in the 4x400m relay with a season best of 3:37.70 … notched a seventh-place showing at the UTEP Invitational with a time of 56.46 in the 400m … finished the regular season at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge securing eighth overall in the 400m … helped the 4x400m relay team notch a first-place finish at the New Mexico Cherry and Silver meet … took third at the Jim Bush Collegiate Invitational as a member of the 4x400m relay … member of the 4x400m relay team that participated at the NCAA West Preliminary.

2017 INDOOR: Competed at the C-USA Championships helping the 4x400m relay team to a silver-medal finish with a season-best time of 3:39.87 … also a member of the distance medley relay team that took fourth with a time of 11:54.40 at the conference meet ... part of the 4x400m relay team that took first at the Cherry and Silver Invitational … notched a time of 56.45 in the 400m at the Cherry and Silver meet … closed the regular season at the Don Kirby Invitational clocking in a time of 1:40.38 in the 600m.

2016 OUTDOOR: Captured a top-ten finish in the 200m at the UTEP Springtime meet running 25.15 … best finish in the 400m came at the Sun Angel Classic with a time of 56.40 … competed at the C-USA Outdoor Championships in the 400m dash.

2016 INDOOR: Clocked in at 25.48 in the 200m at the New Mexico Cherry & Silver meet … improved time in 400m posting a season-best 56.97 at the C-USA Indoor Championships ... helped the women's team capture a team title at the conference championship. 

2015 OUTDOOR: Clocked a season-best time of 56.94 in the 400m dash at the UTEP Twilight to place fifth … third leg of the 4x400m relay team that finished fourth at Conference USA Championships … placed sixth at the UTEP Invitational with a time of 1:01.08 in the 400m dash … clocked a 57.15 400m dash at the Sun Angel Classic to finish 11th … finished eighth at the UTEP Springtime with a 400m dash readout of 58.13 … member of the women’s team that finished second at the Conference USA Championships.

2015 INDOOR: Member of the women’s team that captured the first conference title in program history … third leg of the 4x400m relay team that secured gold with a season-best time of 3:38.28 … registered a personal-best 400m dash time of 58.87 at the New Mexico Collegiate Invitational to place 18th … clocked a personal best of 59.38 400m dash at the Lobo Collegiate Open.

PRIOR TO UTEP: Member of the 4X400 relay team that took home a state title during her senior year with a time of 3:52 ... ran the 400m with a time of 56:31 at the Aztec Invitational ... notched a 200m time of 25.14 at the Sun Angel Track Classic.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Lanise and Edwin Adams … criminal justice major … has a younger brother and younger sister … born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
