PRIOR TO UTEP: During the 2018 season she placed first in the javelin in four meets … earned a silver medal at the USATF Hershey National Junior Olympic Championships with a personal best of 138’7 in the javelin … won the javelin at the 2018 USATF Region 12 Junior Olympic Championships … jumped a personal record in the triple jump (32’6) at the 2018 UIL 6A District 20 … in 2017 threw a personal best in the discus (67’5) and jumped a personal best in the long jump (13’2.5) … she earned the gold medal in the javelin at the USATF Gulf Association Junior Olympic Championships (2016 and 2017) … competed at the 2017 USATF Region 12 Junior Olympic Championships and took third overall … competed at the 2017 USATF National Junior Olympic Championships in the javelin … placed first at the 2013 USATF Region 12 Championships at the age of 13.
