2009-10 (SOPHOMORE): Improved her game in all facets of game, and was a member of UTEP[apos]s starting line-up at the 2010 Conference USA championships ... tallied five triumphs on the year, including a 1-1 markin dual action ... capped her fall portion of singles play by going 2-1 in final three matches ... teamed up with a foe from Arizona to secure her initial doubles victory of her career at a fall event.

2008-09 (FRESHMAN): Local talent who gained experience throughout season, showing improvement as the year wore on ... earned way into starting line-up for dual-match play on three occasions ... forged a record of 2-1 in those matches ... secured each of her overall four triumphs on the campaign in straight-set fashion ... posted a pair of victories against players from Big 12 member Iowa State ... garnered placement on the Conference USA Academic Honor Roll.

PRIOR TO UTEP: Played at a variety of spots for Coronado High School, compiling a combined singles record or 22-2 as a senior ... member of the All-City Team ... ranked 35th sectionally in 18s and 16s ... team was a three-time district champion ... squad claimed regional crown and was a state finalist twice ... also recruited by New Mexico, St. Mary[apos]s, Tec de Monterrey and Texas ... graduated with a 3.7 GPA and was ranked 89th in her class ... ... has an older sister ... born 12/6/89 (El Paso, Texas).
