Colleen Hohman,Softball
Colleen Hohman threw seven threw seven innings in a 6-4 win over Marshall (May 4, game one). She battled through adversity, overcoming six walks by recording outs at key sequences in addition to fanning a pair of batters. Hohman helped her own cause by going 2-of-4 with two RBI.
Erika Arcuri,Softball
Erika Arcuri concluded a fine stellar first season in the Orange and Blue by going 4-for-11, scoring a pair of runs and posting an RBI in aiding the Miners to a win over the weekend's series at Marshall. Overall on the year, Arcuri batted .347 to place in the top 10 in the Conference USA rankings. She also scored a team-leading 26 runs while her 50 hits ranked second.
