The UTEP Department of Athletics and Miner Athletic Club are proud to announce that this year's Orange Fever Fiesta is sold out.
This is the second year in a row that the event has sold out. The 2014 edition will take place on Saturday, Aug. 23 at Grace Gardens Ballroom starting at 5pm.
The evening will include live and silent auctions, dinner and entertainment from a nationally renowned speed painter Tim Decker, who will unveil an original and one-of-a-kind painting of Coach Don Haskins that will be auctioned off that evening.
This year the Miner Athletic Club will also utilize BidPal, a full service auction and event solution. Using BidPal will greatly improve the experiences of guests during event check in, silent auction bidding and check out through use of their smart phones.
More information about BidPal will be released this week, including an email to guests with directions on how to preregister. All guests who have purchased a seat, table or sponsorship will receive the log in information.
Preregistering will allow attendees to:
· Reduce time at the `check-in' table at Orange Fever Fiesta
· Get an early view of both the silent and live auction packages
· Be prepared for an exciting evening!
