UTEP Miners

The UTEP men's golf team is in 15th place through 18 holes of the National Invitational Tournament on Sunday in Tucson, Ariz.

The Miners shot 311 as a team on day one of the three-day tournament. TCU leads the 15-team field with a 275.

UTEP's Roger Sloan is tied for 34th place (74), Josh Taylor is tied for 56th place (76), David Murray is tied for 72nd place (80), Zac Hildenbrand is tied for 75th place (81) and Tanner Taff is in 78th place (83).
