Jacques Streeter is the most experienced of UTEP Basketball's 10 newcomers for the 2011-12 season. A transfer from Cal State Fullerton, he led the Big West Conference in assist/turnover ratio during both the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons. Streeter averaged 11.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.0 steals while starting all 63 games for the Titans.
