"Emily is a terrific shooter and rebounder. She is very versatile and can play 4 different positions on the floor. Not only was she a prolific scoring threat in high school but she also ranked among the top rebounders in the state of Texas. Even though Emily comes in as a true freshman, we believe she will make an immediate impact on the court for the Miners. Emily also excels in the classroom as she will graduate at the top of her class."- UTEP head coach Kevin Baker
