4/27/2023 3:02:00 PM

EL PASO, Texas – Registration is now open, and individuals are encouraged to sign up today to lock up a spot in the third year of basketball summer camps directed by UTEP head men's basketball coach Joe Golding. There will be the UTEP basketball camp (July 17-20) and the UTEP high school skills camp on July 21.

Individuals at both camps will have the chance to interact with and learn from Golding, who will be looking for his second 20-win season in three years as he guides the Miners into the 2023-24 campaign. The UTEP basketball camp is open to ages 10-18, with the purpose being to instruct individuals on the fundamentals of the game while also having plenty of fun. The camp/clinic is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level)

The UTEP high school skills camp is for ages 14-18, and it will be more intense than a traditional summer camp as individuals will be led through the same drills that the Miners use. Individuals will be on the same court that the Orange and Blue practice on and will have the chance to meet and interact with members of the team. Golding and company are excited about the opportunity to teach the game of basketball. The camp is open to all entrants grades 9th-12th.
