UTEP Women’s Basketball Signs Two to 2025-26 Squad

EL PASO, Texas – The UTEP women's basketball program has added two players ahead of the 2025-26 season, Head Coach Keitha Adams announced Thursday. 
 
A brief profile on each signee and quotes from Adams follow below.

Comes to UTEP after stints at Southern and Long Island…  earned 2024-25 All-NEC second team honors … led LIU with 14.4 points in 2024-25 … also paced the team in assists (2.3) and steals (1.4) … shot 40.3 percent from the floor … one of three players to appear in all 30 games for the Sharks … posted 26 double-digit scoring efforts, including an impressive 21-game streak to end the season … scored 20 or more points on three occasions … dropped a career-beset 24 against NJIT (12/30/24) … grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds to pair with 23 points against Wagner (2/6/25).
 
"Sirviva brings several things to our team that excite us," Adams said. "She's experienced, has great basketball IQ, can create her own shot, can score and is very athletic.  We look forward to having her on our team this next season."

Joins the Miners after two years at San Jose City College … scored 1,250 points over two seasons with the Jaguars … averaged 20.4 points on 38.7 percent shooting in sophomore campaign … scored in double figures in all but two games in 2024-25, including 13 games with 20 or more points … went off for a career-high and program-record 54 points against Foothill (2/5/25) … went 20-29 from the floor (69.0 FG%) and 9-14 from distance (64.3 3FG%) in the same game.
 
Tatiana comes to UTEP from the West Coast of California," Adams added. "She's a scorer and a great passer. She will be fun for Miner fans to watch! We're very excited about the nucleus of players we have returning and this spring our 2 new added signees. We're hungry for next season!"
