2024 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)
- Advanced to first career NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in historic Hayward Field in the men’s high jump.
- Posted a personal-best 2.20-meter (7-2.5) leap at the NCAA West First Round to punch ticket to Eugene.
- Named All-CUSA first team in the high jump and triple jump.
- Took gold in the men’s high jump at the CUSA OTF Championships at Kidd Field with a 2.15-meter (7-0.5) leap.
- Followed with another gold medal in the 915 at the CUSA Championships, leaping 14.87 meters (5.8) [48-9.5] in the triple jump – first TJ event since high school.
- Opened the outdoor campaign with a 2.13m (6-11.75) and a first place showing in the high jump at the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta.
- Placed fourth in the HJ with a 2.11m (6-11) at the 96th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.
- Finished first in the HJ at the Beach Invitational with a 2.17m (7-1.5).
- Posted a second place finish in the HJ at the Desert Heat Classic.
2024 INDOOR (JUNIOR)
- Named All-CUSA first team in the men’s high jump with a 2.12m (6-11.5) at the CUSA ITF Championships in Lynchburg, Va.
- Leaped an indoor PR 2.15 meters (7-0.5) and finished second at the Arkansas Qualifier.
- Opened the indoor season with a first place showing at the HJ with a 2.10m (6-10.75).
- Followed with another first place effort, this time at the New Mexico Team Open.
2023 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
- Named All-CUSA first team in the high jump.
- Took gold in the high jump, leaping a personal-best 2.16m (7-1) at the CUSA Championships in Denton, Texas.
- Finished fourth in the high jump with a 2.14m (7-0.25) at the NCAA Preliminaries in Sacramento, Calif.
- Advanced to NCAA Championships in Austin, Texas.
- Captured first place in the high jump at first three meets of the outdoor season.
- Placed first at the Willie Williams Classic with a 2.10m (6-10.75).
- Garnered second first-place finish, this time at New Mexico Spring Invitational with a 2.07m (6-9.5)
- Recorded third consecutive first-place showing at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a 2.12m (6-11.5).
- Placed second in the HJ with a 2.15m (7-0.5) at the Desert Heat Classic.
2023 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
- Took gold in the high jump at the CUSA Championships in Birmingham, Ala., with a 2.14m (7-0.25).
- Named All-CUSA first team following performance at the championships.
- Competed in the high jump at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic and Don Kirby Elite Invitational.
2022 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
- Set career best in high jump with 2.02m (6-7.5) for fifth place at the Sun Angel Classic.
- Competed at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
- Finished in fourth place in high jump with 2.00m (6-6.75) at the Conference USA Championships.
2022 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
- Set a school record in his first collegiate event, posting a 2.11-meter (6-11) leap in the high jump, and placing third at the Dr. MLK Jr. Collegiate Invitational.
- Set personal best in first career long jump with a 6.90-meter (22-7.75) attempt at the New Mexico Team Open.
- Competed in the high jump at the New Mexico Team Open and Don Kirby Open & Elite.
- Participated in the high jump and long jump at the Conference USA Championships.
PRIOR TO UTEP
- Leaped 2.16 meters in the outdoor high jump at Kadrioru Staadion, Tallinn, in July 2021.
- Posted a mark of 7.10 meters in the outdoor long jump at Stadium Irena Szewinska, Karpacz, in September 2020.
- Recorded a mark of 14.61 meters in the outdoor triple jump at Mestsky Stadion Sletiste, Kladno, in June 2021.
- Registered 2.17 meters in the indoor high jump in Vitkovice, Ostrava, in February 2021.
- Posted 7.05 meters in the indoor long jump at Stromovka, Praha, in Feb. 2021.
- Competed in the shot put (6kg), posting an indoor mark of 8.46 meters at Atleticka hala – stadion Strelnice, Jablonec nad Nisou in January 2020.
PERSONAL: Full name is Jakub Belik…son of Marcel and Jana Belik…has one brother…born in Trutnov, Czech Republic…computer science major.
