2022 OUTDOOR (SENIOR)

Clocked in a personal-best 3:49.71 in the 1500m, placing third at the C-USA Outdoor Championships.
Achieved career best in the 3000m run (8:11.23) for first-place at the Sun Angel Classic.
Placed first in the 5000m run (14:11.85) at the Desert Heat Classic.
Took fourth place in the 5000m run (14:27.92) at the Conference USA Championships.
Competed in the 10k-meter run at the National Collegiate Athletic Association West Championships.
Recorded a PR 28:53.68 in the 10K at the 62nd Annual Mt. SAC Relays (Elite).

PRIOR TO UTEP

Competed at Furman (2017-2021) prior to joining the Miners.
Crossed the finish line first in the 8K (24:20.0) at the 2020 Southern Conference XC Championships.
Ran a personal-best 29:46.0 in the 10K at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region XC Championships.
Advanced to the 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021 NCAA DI XC Championships, competing in the 10K.
Finished third in the indoor 5000-meter run, posting a personal-best time 14:05.38 at the 2020 Husky Classic.
Placed third in the mile, clocking in a personal-best 4:04.79 at the South Carolina Invitational.
Finished first in the DMR (10:08.90), third in the 5000 (14:25.44) and fifth in the mile (4:09.11) at the 2021 Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Clocked in a personal-best 14:00.16 in the outdoor 5000-meter race at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight.
Ran a 4:15.54 in the 1600, 8:54.21 in the 3200, 14:45.60 in the 5K (XC) and 14:29.44 in the 5000m while at Eastwood High School.
2-time NXN Nationals Qualifier (XC); 10^th at NXN in 2016.
New Balance Nationals 2-mile Champion.
