PRIOR TO UTEP (Nicholls State): Completed her sophomore season at Nicholls State…played at the top two positions for an overall record of 7-12 in singles action…posted a singles record of 4-7 in Southland Conference play…registered an 8-6 mark in doubles when paired with Julia Melendez…posted a 12-9 record in singles as a freshman... was 6-4 in conference play, helping Nicholls to a share of the regular season title... was 7-8 at no. 4, 3-0 at no. 3, 1-1 at no. 5 and 1-0 at no. 2... recorded 10 wins in straight sets... went 10-6 in doubles and 6-2 in league play... was 6-4 at no. 2, 2-2 at no. 1 and 2-0 at no. 3... paired up with Marie Aubert for an 8-2 win over McNeese in the second round of the Southland Conference Tournament…ranked No. 79 of the country's seniors after making three quarterfinal and one semifinal appearance in national tournaments... claimed several wins over players ranked in the top 50.... played the Qualifiers of several $10,000 and $25,000 tournaments... in 2009, earned a ranking of no. 6 in the 14-U group after winning a National top tournament and placing second in another... also reached the third round of the Eddie Herr and Prince Cup that year.
