- Opened the season with a fourth-place finish (18:11.2) in the 5K at the Texas Tech Open.
- Placed fifth at the Lori Fitzgerald Memorial, clocking in a 17:51.8.
- Competed at the Conference USA Championships, finishing 28th.
- Ran the 6K at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships.
2020 (JUNIOR)
- Competed in all three events.
- Earned 2020 All-Conference USA second team honors.
- Clocked in a personal-best 21:36.06 in the 6K at the Conference USA Championships, and placing ninth in Birmingham, Ala.
- Posted a 22:17.08 (23rd) in the 6K at the Oklahoma State Invitational in Stillwater.

2019 (SOPHOMORE)
- Competed in five events.
- Earned 2019 All-Conference USA second team honors.
- Clocked in a personal-best 17:27.59 with a seventh-place finish in the 4.7km at the Lori Fitzgerald Memorial.
- Ran a personal-best 17:49.99 in the 5k at the Conference USA Championships.
- Posted a personal-best 22:32.8 in the 6k at the Pre-National Invitational.
- Placed ninth in the 5k at the Lobo Invitational, registering an 18:59.61.
- Completed at the Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational, running an 18:16.08 in the 5000m.
2018 (FRESHMAN)
- Competed at the 2018 C-USA Championships in Boca Raton, Fla., registering a time of 18:30.36 in the 5K.
- Member of the 2018 C-USA Cross Country Championship team - the first in program history.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Was a six-time national junior champion in Norway.
- Received a silver medal in the 400m hurdles at the 2016 National Junior and Youth Championships in Norway, while also taking bronze in the 300m hurdles.
- Attended the European Youth Championship in Tbilisi in 2015 and 2016.
- Placed fifth in the 400m hurdles at the 2016 Tbilisi European U18 Championships.
- Notched two first-place finishes at the 2016 Brandbu Norwegian U20 Championships in the 400m and 400m hurdles.
PERSONAL: Daughter to John Tore and Mariann Daland … has one brother … management major.
