2022 (RS SOPHOMORE)
  • Played in all 12 games.
  • Named All-Conference USA Second team.
  • Ranked second on the team with a career-high 701 yards rushing.
  • Rushed for two touchdowns. 
  • Tallied 140 carries, averaging 5.0 yards per attempt. 
  • 701 yards ranked ninth in Conference USA overall.
  • Rushed for 563 yards on 102 carries (5.5 avg.) with two scores in C-USA only games. 
  • Ranked fourth in C-USA in rushing yards (563) for league only games. 
  • Rushed for a career-high 138 yards on 17 carries (8.1 avg.) in a victory over Florida Atlantic, while adding a career-long 72-yard rush against the Owls that helped set up a game-tying touchdown.
  • Barreled over and juked around defenders for 112 yards on 20 attempts (5.6 avg.) in a win at Charlotte. Added a four-yard reception against the 49ers. 
  • Grinded out 86 yards on 21 carries (4.1 avg.) to lead UTEP in an upset victory over Boise State on national television. 
  • Ranked third on the team with 81 yards rushing in a blowout win over FIU. Miners rushed 355 yards against the Panthers. 
  • Totaled 80 yards of total offense at LA Tech, rushing for 64 yards and a TD, while adding a 16-yard reception against the Bulldogs.  

2021 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
  • UTEP’s second-leading rusher with 458 yards on 121 carries (3.8 avg.).
  • Tied for the team lead with six rushing touchdowns.
  • Caught four passes for 24 yards (6.0 ypc).
  • Posted his season-best 75 rushing yards (23 carries) against Old Dominion, including the game-winning TD with 6:59 to play in the Miners’ 28-21, come-from-behind victory.
  • Rushed 11 times for 72 yards at Florida Atlantic.
  • Ran for 68 yards on 16 attempts with a score at UAB.
  • Gained 55 yards rushing versus LA Tech, and 50 at NM State.

2020 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
  • Earned a spot on the Conference USA All-Freshman Team. 
  • Saw action in seven games on the year, including making three starts. 
  • Led UTEP in rushing with 121 carries for 592 yards and nine touchdowns. 
  • Set UTEP freshman records in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns. 
  • Averaged 84.6 rushing yards per game and 4.9 yards per carry. 
  • Led Conference USA and ranked second nationally in rushing touchdowns by a freshman (9). 
  • Ranked third in C-USA and 22nd in the country in rushing touchdowns, while also ranking third in the league in scoring (7.7 points per game). 
  • Ranked in the top five in C-USA in rushing yards per game and yards per carry.
  • Topped 100 rushing yards in three of the seven games he appeared in on the season. 
  • Scored a career-high three touchdowns on 22 carries and 118 yards in UTEP's road win at ULM. 
  • Rushed for a career-high 119 yards on 18 carries and a touchdown on the road at Charlotte. 
  • Rushed for 113 yards on 17 carries with two touchdowns against Stephen F. Austin in the season opener.
  • Had two 20-plus yard rushes including one for a career-long 41 yards against Stephen F. Austin.

2019 (FRESHMAN)
  • Appeared in two games (versus Charlotte, at UAB) before sustaining a concussion.
  • Redshirted the 2019 season.
  • Rushed nine times for 41 yards (4.6 avg.) on the year.
  • Posted his long run of 21 yards against the Blazers.
  • Accumulated 22 rushing yards versus Charlotte and 19 at UAB.

HIGH SCHOOL
  • Standout running back for Parkland HS (El Paso, Texas), who finished his career with a city-best 7,491 rushing yards and 78 touchdowns.
  • Led the school to a trio of bi-district championships and an area round championship during his record-setting career.
  • As a senior, piled up 2,270 rushing yards and 27 TDs to help the team to a District 1-5A Division II crown and a bi-district championship.
  • Voted as the 2018 El Paso Times’ All-City Football MVP.
  • During his junior season, he ran for 2,073 yards and 24 scores to lead the team into the third round of the Class 5A state football playoffs.
  • As a sophomore, the team advanced to the area round of the playoffs, with Hankins gaining 2,812 yards on the ground and scoring 23 touchdowns.
  • Multiple All-State and All-District honoree.
