UTEP Miners

Pursuant to NCAA Bylaw 13.3.2.2, member institutions are required provide the NCAA banned drug list to all incoming prospective student-athletes and their parents at the earliest practical opportunity or upon request; however, in no event shall an institution provide the information later than July 1st before the prospect's initial enrollment at the institution.
