Healthy Relationships

Research shows that good relationships help people live longer, deal with stress better, have healthier habits, elevate feelings of positivity and self-worth and overall contribute to increased happiness. This is easier said then done. Take the time to recognize what a healthy relationship looks like and what an unhealthy relationship looks like. The UTEP Student-Athlete Development utilizes the One Love Foundation to help educate college students on healthy and unhealthy relationships. Visit the One Love website for more information and If interested in becoming a One Love Facilitator or becoming trained please contact Mandy Pulido, Director of Student-Athlete Development, at ajpulido2@utep.edu.
