Justine Weyers is in her first year as The University of Texas at El Paso Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Operations. 
 
Weyers manages daily operations for the UTEP Cross Country and Track & Field programs. She plans and executes team travel, while assisting coaching staff with budgets, schedules and home meet operations. 
 
A native of Pittsburgh, Weyers earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2011 with a focus in Biomechanics. She was a three-time Cross Country All-American and a four-year distance track athlete.
 
After graduating, Weyers was selected for an Air Force internship and earned a Master of Science in Systems Engineering in 2014 with a focus in Human Systems. She worked as a human factors engineer and a program manager for the Air Force before moving to El Paso in 2018, where she lives with her husband Chris.
