PRIOR TO UTEP
- Competed at Burges High School.
- Saw action in eight 5000m events during the 2024 season.
- Clocked in a personal-best 15:34.50 in the 5000m, placing eighth at the Canutillo XC Invitational.
- Finished fifth in the 5000m with a time of 16:37.98 at the El Paso High XC Invitational.
- Placed eighth in the 5000m with an 18:10.00 at the 2024 UIL 5A – District 1.
- Finished 24th in the 5000m with a time of 16:56.0 at the 2024 UIL Region I XC Championship.
- Ran at the 5000m at the 2024 UIL State Championship, finishing 34th with a 16:19.70.
- Won the 5000m at the 2023 Bel Air Invitational with a time of 18:17.24.
PERSONAL: Jacob Isaac Yeager is the son of Ben and Laura Yeager … has two brothers, Christian and Noah, who both graduated from UTEP … born in El Paso … civil engineering major.
