2025 (FRESHMAN)
- Competed in three meets during freshman season.
- Clocked a 16:07.9 in the first collegiate 5k race, placing 12th at the University of New Mexico Lobo Cross Country Invitational.
- Ran at the Dave Murray Invitational 8k, posting a season-best 27:28.5.
- Saw action at the Arturo Barrios Invitational 8k (28:48.8).
PRIOR TO UTEP
- Competed at Burges High School.
- Saw action in eight 5000-meter events during the 2024 cross country season with the Mustangs.
- Clocked in a 16:54.00, finishing second in the 5000m at the UIL 5A-District 1.
- Clocked in a personal-best 15:55.90 in the 5000m at the Desert Twilight, placing seventh.
- Finished fourth with a time of 16:34.65 in the 5000m at the El Paso High XC Invitational.
- Competed at the UIL State Championship, finishing 19th overall with a time of 16:06.60.
- Placed 12th at the UIL Region I XC Championship with a time of 16:31.50.
PERSONAL: Malin John Arnoldussen is the son of Stuart Arnoldussen and Grissell Gayles … has two brothers and one sister … born in Chatan, Okinawa … kinesiology major.
