All-Conference USA Second Team (2022)
Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)

2023 (JUNIOR)
  • Played in 10 games as UTEP’s long snapper, missing a pair of contests due to injury in 2023. 
  • Recorded a tackle on special teams at Sam Houston.
  • Miners’ special teams didn’t allow a blocked punt. 

2022 (SOPHOMORE)
  • Started all 12 games as the long snapper.
  • Named All-Conference USA second team.
  • First UTEP long snapper since 2011 to earn all-conference honors. 
  • Registered a tackle at no. 9 Oklahoma on national television. 
  • Part of a special team’s unit that averaged over 44 yards a punt, while opponents didn’t block one punt.
  • Miners were a perfect 31-of-31 on PATs, and 22-of-24 on FGs.

2021 (FRESHMAN)
  • Served as the Miners’ long snapper.
  • Appeared in all 13 games.

2020 (FRESHMAN)
  • Saw action in all eight games as a true freshman long snapper for the Miners. 
  • UTEP did not give up a blocked field goal and allowed just one blocked field goal the entire season with Tejada handling the snapping duties. 
  • Did not have a snap go awry at any point throughout the season.

PRIOR TO UTEP
  • Recorded 28 tackles and three fumble recoveries for the Rockets in his senor year.
  • District Champion his senior year.
