2015 C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll

2016 (SENIOR): Saw action in eight contests, making one start at LA Tech at the right guard position … played on an offensive line that paved the way for Aaron Jones to rush for a single-season program-record 1,773 yards … Miners averaged 185.5 rushing yards per game and scored 20 touchdowns on the ground … the offensive line yielded 22 sacks (1.83 per game), ranking in the top half of Conference USA … capped season off with a season-high 555 yards of total offense, including a season-best 384 yards rushing (most since 1983) and four scores during a victory against North Texas … opened season with 518 yards of total offense against rival NM State, while rushing for 289 yards … rushed for 323 yards against Houston Baptist.

2015 (JUNIOR): Played in all 12 contests, while starting the last four games at the right guard position … during the last four contests of 2015, UTEP averaged 169.8 rushing yards per game– its best average during a four-game span during the season … the offensive line only yielded four sacks during the final four games of 2015, while UTEP signal callers threw seven touchdowns to only three interceptions … efforts helped the Miners rush for 226 yards against LA Tech … UTEP rushers gained 187 yards and a score during a win at North Texas in the season finale … the Miners ranked first in Conference USA in sacks allowed (12) and ranked tied for sixth nationally in sacks allowed per contest (1.0).

2014 (JUNIOR): Had to sit out due to transfer rules.

PRIOR TO UTEP: Played two seasons at Los Angeles Southwest College ... started all 10 games for the Cougars during sophomore season in 2013 ... named All-Pacific Conference Second Team ... played on an offensive line that paved the way for Cougar rushers to average 157.1 yards per game to rank third in the league ... team rushed for 1,571 yards and 15 touchdowns (tied for second in league) ... helped LA Southwest quarterbacks rank fourth in the conference in passing yards per game ... started all 10 games during freshman season in 2012 ... played varsity football at Westchester High School (Los Angeles, Calif.) ... named team captain during senior season ... recorded a career-high 23 tackles (18s/5a) in six contests and notched six sacks during senior year ... tallied a game-high six tackles during final game against West Adams.
