C-USA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll (2017, 2018, 2019)

2018 (SOPHOMORE): Saw action in three contests … registered an assisted tackle and half tackle for loss (two yards) against Northern Arizona … recorded a solo stop at Tennessee. 

2017 (RS FRESHMAN): Played in three games … notched a career-high four tackles and a tackle for loss at UAB.

2016: Redshirted. 

PRIOR TO UTEP: Played four seasons of varsity football at Parkland HS, playing defensive end and linebacker ... saw action in 39 games and racked up 180 total tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 33.5 sacks, 45 quarterback hurries and five fumble recoveries ... during senior campaign posted a season-best 64 tackles (29s/35a), 4.5 sacks, 17 quarterback hurries and one fumble recovery ... recorded eight showings with five or more tackles ... registered a career-high nine tackles (6s/3a) and two sacks for 20 yards versus Del Valle ... as a junior tallied 47 tackles (28s/19a), 5.5 sacks, four quarterback hurries and one fumble recovery ... recorded four performances with five or more tackles, including a season-best nine in a victory over Mountain View ... during sophomore season notched 32 tackles (19s/13a), 15.5 sacks, 16 quarterback hurries, four tackles for loss, three fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles ... registered five showings with two or more sacks ... set a career best of 3.5 sacks for 31 yards in a 49-21 win over Hanks ... also added two fumble recoveries for 79 yards and a touchdown versus the Knights ... as a freshman played in eight games ... tallied 42 tackles (24s/18a), five tackles for loss, 8.0 sacks, eight quarterback hurries and one forced fumble ... had five performances with five or more tackles ... closed the season with a season best of eight tackles (5s/3a) and three sacks in a victory over Eastlake ... put the pressure on versus Riverside, notching one sack and a career-best six quarterback hurries ... named to the 2016 El Paso Times All-City Defense first team ... played in the 24th Annual Greater El Paso Football Showcase All-Star Football game.
