2016 (FRESHMAN): Played in all 12 games, starting the final two contests … named to Conference USA All-Freshman team after registering 21 tackles (four solo) and a pass breakup … tallied first career tackles (three) against Army … recorded career-high four stops during a win against Houston Baptist … registered three stops against Southern Miss and three more with a pass breakup at LA Tech … notched three stops during a dominant win against North Texas.

2015: Redshirted.

PRIOR TO UTEP: Played three seasons on the varsity squad at Oak Hills High School ... played on both offensive and defensive lines ... efforts helped the Bulldogs to a 10-3 record and 5-0 league mark ... compiled 42 tackles with 11.5 sacks, a forced fumble and five quarterback hurries ... opened senior campaign with seven tackles and 2.0 sacks against Highland ... tallied a sack and tied a season-high with seven tackles during a win against Apple Valley ... registered four stops and 1.5 sacks during a first round playoff win over Cathedral City ... efforts on the offensive line paved the way for Oak Hills rushers to gain 2,929 yards on 396 attempts (7.4 avg.) and 38 scores.
