PRIOR TO UTEP: Played on both sides of the ball during senior season at Chapin High School (2016) … efforts helped Chapin to a 9-3 overall record with a 5-2 district mark, including a bi-district playoff win … played on an offensive unit where Chapin rushed for 2,283 yards on 230 carries (9.9 avg.) and 19 rushing scores … Chapin’s quarterback threw for 1,638 yards on 92-of-127 passing (72 percent) with 24 touchdowns and only two interceptions thrown. 

PERSONAL: Chuck E. Tuiolemotu is the son of Salele’a and Susana Tuiolemotu … has four brothers … born in Frankfurt, Germany … psychology major.
