Frank Roser

Frank Roser will begin his second season as a graduate assistant during the 2018 UTEP football season. Previously, Roser served as an intern for the Miners in 2015. 

Roser has worked with multiple football teams from Germany the last eight years. He was the offensive coordinator with the Ingolstadt Dukes Division 1 (2017) and Kirchdorf Wildcats Division 1 (2015). Roser served as offensive coordinator and assistant head coach with the Munich Cowboys Division 1 (2016). From 2012-2014, he was the  head coach/offensive coordinator with the Muenchen Rangers Division 3. Prior to leaving Ingolstadt to start his graduate assistant position at UTEP, Roser’s Dukes offense in 2017 had the top passing team in Germany.  

Roser conducted multiple quarterback camps in Germany, Switzerland and Spain. He also spoke at different coaches conventions in Germany. The topics included deep passing concepts, quick passing concepts and quarterback footwork, techniques and reads. 

Roser has also served as an intern for multiple NFL teams, including the Dallas Cowboys (2012 & 2014) and the Cincinnati Bengals (2013). He also volunteered in Spring 2014 with the Buffalo Bills (2014). In 2011, Roser attended the Steve Mariucci (former head coach of the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions) Football Camp in Milan, Italy.
