Started five of the six games he appeared in for the Miners at left tackle.
Helped pave the way for a rushing attack that scored 16 touchdowns and surpassed 1,000 yards on the season.
Paved the way for a rushing offense averaging 138.9 yards per game.

2019 (REDSHIRT JUNIOR)

Started five games at left tackle, while playing in nine games overall.
Helped pave the way for Treyvon Hughes to score 12 rushing touchdowns.
As a team, the Miners averaged 138.2 yards per outing on the ground.
UTEP gained a season-high 240 yards rushing in a win over Houston Baptist.
The Miners compiled a season-high 557 yards versus I-10 rival NM State (358 passing, 199 rushing).

Played in two games (at UNLV, at LA Tech) on the offensive line before a season-ending injury.
Redshirted the 2018 season.

Played in six games with a pair of starts on the offensive line at the University of Illinois during the 2016 season.
Started at guard against Murray State and Nebraska.
First Illini true freshman to start on the offensive line in the season opener in at least 20 seasons.

HIGH SCHOOL

Three-star recruit by 247 Sports and ESPN while playing at Hightower High School in Missouri City, Texas.
Ranked among the top 55 offensive guards nationally by 247 Sports (No. 45) and ESPN.com (No. 52).
Named First Team All-State by Texas Associated Press sports editors.
Had 118 pancakes, graded out at a 93 and allowed just one sack in 2015.
Played for Team USA U-19 National Football team in the 2016 International Bowl, a 33-0 win over Team Canada U-19 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Led Hightower to a 10-1 record in 2015 with its only loss coming in the Texas UIL state playoffs.
Two-time first-team all-district selection.
