2019 C-USA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll 

PRIOR TO UTEP: Recorded personal best at the Americas Invitational in the 1600m (5:04.33) and 3200m  (10:57.10) … took third at the 2017 Franklin Invitational in the 3200m with a season-best time of 11:05.37 … finished seventh in the 1600m and 3200 at the 2018 Andress Invitational … notched a fourth-place finish at the 2016 Coronado Boys Invitational in the 1600m.

PERSONAL: Son to Johnny and Raquel Maes … mother is a UTEP graduate … has one brother … general business major.
