Biography

PRIOR TO UTEP
  • Competed in the 800 meters, 1600 meters and 4x400-meter relay while at Franklin High School.
  • Clocked in a PR 2:24.16 in the 800, placing fourth at the 6A District Championships.
  • Placed third in the 800 at the Parkland Invitational and Eastwood Jim Omohundro 4th Annual Invitational. 
  • Was second in the 1600 at the Pebble Hills Invitational with a personal-best time of 5:43.71.
  • Part of the 4x4 squad that took first place with a time of 4:01.51 at the Franklin HS Hector Carranza Invitational.
