C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll (2021)

HIGH SCHOOL
  • Leaped a personal-best 6’ 7.5” in the high jump and placing first at the 2019 USATF Southwestern Association Junior Olympic Championships.
  • Placed second with a mark of 6’ 4.75” in the high jump at the 2019 USATF Region 12 Junior Olympic Championships.
  • Recorded a personal-best 20’ 9.5” mark in the long jump at the 2019 USATF Southwestern Association Junior Olympic Championships.
  • Registered a personal-best 41’ 6.5” leap in the triple jump, good for third place at the 2019 USATF Southwestern Association Junior Olympic Championships. 
PERSONAL: Ishmel Timothy Williams is the son of Brian and Tasha Williams … has two brothers and one sister … played varsity basketball at Lake Ridge High School … competed with Jump Smart Texas club team … rehabilitation sciences major.
