2018 C-USA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll
2018 INDOOR: Competed in the New Mexico Classic setting a personal best with a 3.32m (10-10.75) pole vault to take 22nd place … took 14th place with a 3.30m (10-10) pole vault in the Conference USA Indoor Track and Field Championships … secured 17th place at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational with a pole vault of 3.17m (10-4.75).
PRIOR TO UTEP: Captured three first-place finishes at the 2015 2-5A District Championships in 100m hurdles (16.16), 300m hurdles (47.85) and the pole vault with a height of 10-0 … qualified for the regional meet, placing fourth overall in the pole vault setting a personal best (10-6) and notched a sixth-place finish in the 300m hurdles with a time of 49.05 … claimed four first-place finishes in the 100m hurdles and 300 hurdles … during junior campaign clocked in a wind-aided time of 16.15 at the UIL 4A Region I finals … clinched two 4A District 2 Championship titles in the pole vault and 100m hurdles.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Steve and Terry Thummel … has one brother … education major … graduated in the distinguished achievement program, as a drum major … was a recipient of the Excalibur Award.
