2022 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
- Part of a third-place finish with the distance medley relay team, placing third (12:44.46) at the New Mexico Open.
- Placed third in the 3000-meter run, clocking in a 9:57.70 at the Don Kirby Open & Elite.
- Captured bronze in the 3000-meter run, clocking in a personal-best 9:34.95 at the Conference USA Championships.
- Ran a personal-best 4:53.71 at the mile prelims at the C-USA Championships.
2021 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
- Placed first in the 3000-meter steeplechase, clocking in an 11:26.24 at the UTSA Invitational.
- Captured first in the 3000-meter steeplechase, recording an 11:17.03 at the Roadrunner Invitational.
- Ran a personal-best 4:45.19 in the 1500 at the Masked Rider Open.
- Clocked in a personal-best 10:47.78 in 3000-meter steeplechase at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.

- Ran a personal-best 1:37.41 in the 600m, placing eighth at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational.
- Competed in the 800m at the MLK Invite, clocking in a 2:16.61 for an eighth-place finish.
- Recorded a personal-best 3:05.62 in the 1000m, finishing 12th at the Texas Tech Corky Classic.
- Competed in the 800m and the distance medley relay at the Conference USA Championships.
- Clocked in a 2:15.36 for a sixth-place finish in the 800m at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic.
- Ran a season-best 2:14.76 in the 800m at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational.
2019 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
- Took silver in the 400m hurdles, clocking in a time of 1:05.02 at the UTEP Springtime.
- Recorded a season-best 1:04.52 in the 400m hurdles at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield.
2019 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
- Member of the 2019 Conference USA Indoor Track & Field Championship squad in Birmingham, Ala.
- Placed seventh in the 800m run at the C-USA Championships.
- Finished fourth in the 600m dash at the Texas Tech Corky Classic, clocking a time of 1:25.60.
- Competed in the 400m dash at the three events – Texas A&M Triangular, New Mexico Classic and New Mexico Don Kirby.
PRIOR TO UTEP
- Was a six-time national junior champion in Norway.
- Received a silver medal in the 400m hurdles at the 2016 National Junior and Youth Championships in Norway, while also taking bronze in the 300m hurdles.
- Attended the European Youth Championship in Tbilisi in 2015 and 2016.
- Placed fifth in the 400m hurdles at the 2016 Tbilisi European U18 Championships.
- Notched two first-place finishes at the 2016 Brandbu Norwegian U20 Championships in the 400m and 400m hurdles.
PERSONAL: Daughter to John Tore and Mariann Daland … has one brother … management major.
