Biography
PRIOR TO UTEP
- Competed in the 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, 4x100-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay at Klein Forest High School.
- Placed third in the 400 final with a time of 57.63 at the 6A District 15 meet.
- Ran a season-best 57.41 in the 400 at the Texas A&M Bluebonnet HS meet.
- Finished fourth in the 400 with a time of 57.73 at The Woodlands Dan Green Invitational.
- Competed with the Space City Track and Field Club.
PERSONAL: Madison Leigh Evans is the daughter of Perry Evans and Iakai Heaggs ... has three brothers and one sister ... born in Houston, Texas.
