2025 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
- Leaped a personal-best 3.76 meters (12-4) in the pole vault, placing fifth at the Willie Williams Classic.
- Competed in the pole vault at the Sun City Classic, Pacific Coast Intercollegiate, Beach Invitational, Don Kirby Tailwind Twilight, and the Desert Heat Classic.
- Placed 14th with a mark of 3.57 meters (11-8.5) in the pole vault at the CUSA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2025 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
- Leaped a personal-best 3.71 meters (12-2), finishing fourth in the indoor pole vault at the New Mexico Team Open 2025.
- Recorded a mark of 3.65 meters (11-11.75) at the CUSA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
PRIOR TO UTEP
- 6A District and 6A Area Champion with an 11-6 in the pole vault while competing at Eastlake High School.
- Leaped personal-best mark 12-6 and finished first in the pole vault at the El Dorado Invitational
- Won the Riverside Invitational (11-9), Montwood Invitational (11-3) and Socorro Invitational (11-0) during the 2024 season.
- Also competed in the 200-meter and 400-meter dash.
- Won six pole vault competitions during junior season in 2023.
PERSONAL: Sarah Nicole Dovenbarger is the daughter of Daniel and Hilda Dovenbarger ... has one brother ... born in El Paso ... biomedical sciences major.
