Josiah Dominguez joined the UTEP Women's Basketball staff as Director of Basketball Operations and Video Coordinator in August 2024.

Before UTEP, Dominguez spent three years with the WCC as the Assistant Director of Creative Video and Content.
 
Prior to working for the WCC, he was the Digital Media Coordinator for the Valero Alamo Bowl for two years and also spent four years as Media Production Assistant at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
 
Dominguez brings a wealth of experience in video production and creative content. His creative vision and expertise will greatly enhance UTEP Women’s Basketball digital presence.
 
In his roles, he successfully managed all aspects of digital media production, including video editing, graphic design and social media management. He played a crucial role in increasing each organization’s online presence and engagement with fans.
 
Dominguez earned his bachelor's degree in the Fall of 2021 from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
