PRIOR TO UTEP: Eight year background of shooting ... started her competitive chapter in 2012 ... captained her junior team, the Mass Rifle Rebels, affiliated with the Massachusetts Rifle Association and Reading Rifle and Revolver Association ... won numerous awards and medals in her junior shooting career, including high junior in smallbore at the 2014 Palmyra Invitational and the international sub-junior bronze medalist at the 2014 Canadian Airgun Grand Prix ... qualified for and competed at the 2015 Junior Olympics, placing 86th out of 184 female competitors in air rifle ... took an active role in teaching and coaching ... is a certified NRA Junior Rifle Trainer with the Southborough Rod and Gun Club Junior Rifle Program ... also participated in a mentoring and tutoring program, where she helped sixth-grade students adjusts to middle school.
