2019 (JUNIOR)
- Played in 106 sets and 28 matches, while making 25 starts.
- Ranked third on the team in kills (198).
- Notched a new career high and led the squad with 90.0 blocks.
- Registered the second-most efficient hitting season by a Miner with 198 kills on a .324 hitting clip.
- Produced the third-highest hitting percentage (.593) for a five-set match in UTEP history, scoring 18 kills on just 27 swings versus UIW (9/20).
- Carried the offense against Southern Miss (11/3) with 17 kills and a .333 hitting percentage.
- Hit .571 with nine kills and a season-high seven blocks in the victory over North Texas (11/10).
2018 (SOPHOMORE)
- Played in 74 sets with 22 starts on the year.
- Shared the team-lead in blocks (64.0).
- Led the Miners in block assists (56) and blocks per set (0.86).
- Registered 1.30 kills per set.
- Boasted a career-high 10 blocks in a victory over Illinois-Chicago (8/31), adding eight kills.
- Posted seven total blocks and five kills against FIU (10/17).
2017 (FRESHMAN)
- Started in 27 matches, playing in 95 sets as a true freshman.
- Recorded 162 kills, 14 services aces, 38 digs and 63 blocks.
- Notched a career-high seven blocks versus Texas Tech and posted first double-digit performance with 10 kills and a .304 hitting percentage.
- Registered a career-best 13 kills on .458 hitting and tallied six blocks and a career-high three service aces against ACU.
- Had a stellar showing against North Dakota with 11 kills on .563 hitting.
- Recorded double-digit performances versus LA Tech and FIU with 11 and 10 kills, respectively.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Four-year varsity player for Gretna High School, seeing action in 317 sets.
- Dished out a total of 816 kills at a .377 hitting efficiency, 182 digs, 151 blocks (56s/95a), 11 assists and nine service aces.
- As a senior, Yost played alongside her sister Lydia, a freshman outside hitter, and the duo led Gretna High School to the Class B State Volleyball Tournament, where they combined for nine kills in a five-set thrilling victory over Waverly High School in the B-2 District Volleyball Final.
- Played club volleyball for six years for the Nebraska Juniors, who have finished in the Top 25 in the open division of the AAU Nationals for the past three seasons.
