Iris Madrid

Iridian Madrid (Iris) is entering her third year with the UTEP sports medicine team as an assistant athletic trainer working with the softball program. 

Prior to coming to UTEP, she was an assistant athletic trainer at Eastern New Mexico University where she spent one year gaining experience. 

Iris graduated with her Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from NM State in the spring of 2022. She is a New Mexico native from Deming.
