Isaac Holden grew up in central New York, where he enjoyed hiking, playing sports, and working out with friends.
He worked as an intern with the Syracuse football team from June 2024 to December 2024. In January 2025, he began working at Iowa as an intern with the Olympic strength staff. During his time there, he worked with basketball, baseball, softball, track and field throwers, distance runners, swimming, field hockey, and the spirit squad.
He attended Cayuga Community College for three semesters before transferring to SUNY Cortland, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Fitness Development. He earned his CSCS certification in May 2025.
