Maria Kondow joined UTEP Athletics as an Administrative Associate in March of 2025.
Kondow is a detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping things organized and running efficiently. With over 15 years of experience in administrative support, office management, and front desk operations, she brings a strong background in sales and marketing, real estate, and property management. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in scheduling, inventory coordination, and client communication.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kondow enjoys building connections and creating a warm, welcoming environment for colleagues and clients alike. She’s passionate about streamlining processes, supporting her team, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
Kondow is excited about the opportunity to bring her experience, dedication, and enthusiasm to UTEP, where she looks forward to supporting the University’s mission in a student-centered environment.
Outside of work, Kondow enjoys gardening, sewing, and creating arts and crafts. She finds joy in bringing ideas to life with her hands and treasures quality time with her husband and family.
