Iconic El Paso Band Fungi Mungle Set to Headline “Orange Fever Fiesta” on April 29

EL PASO, Texas – Long-time, popular El Paso band Fungi Mungle will be the featured artist at "Orange Fever Fiesta Presented by Madrid Law Firm," the annual fundraising event for UTEP Athletics, on April 29 from 6-9 pm at Centennial Plaza.

Established in 1996, Fungi Mungle (www.fungimungle.com) plays an eclectic mix of music including dance, disco, funk, pop and rock.  The band is a five-time Best of the Border winner and a six-time Best of the Best in El Paso winner.

This year, "Orange Fever Fiesta" will be held at beautiful Centennial Plaza in the heart of the UTEP campus for the first time.

This year's auction is going to be even bigger, with a whopping 200 online auction items to choose from.  And if that's not enough to get your pulse racing, we've got a lineup of live auction items that are truly out of this world!  How about snagging a pair of Beyonce tickets with an overnight stay in Vegas.  Or, if you're feeling adventurous, bid on a heart-pumping skydiving adventure that will leave you breathless (in the best way possible!).  And that's just the beginning - we've also got amazing team travel experiences, luxurious vacation getaways, and so much more.  So, get ready to bid because this year's auction is not to be missed!
