UTEP T&F to Compete at the New Mexico Spring Invite April 6

EL PASO, Texas – The UTEP track and field team will head up the road to the New Mexico Spring Invitational at UNM Track & Field Complex in Albuquerque on Thursday.

The meet will start at 1 p.m. with the women's javelin, while the running events will begin at 1:15 p.m. with the men's 3000-meter race. The day will conclude at 4:35 p.m. with the women's 4x400-meter relay, followed by the men's 4x4 at 4:45 p.m.

Making the trip on the men's side are Jakub Belik (high jump), Jalen Cadet (100m, 200m, Discus, 4x1), Stephen Carreto (400m H, 4x4 B), Titus Cheruiyot (1500), Karon Dean (400m, 4x1), Ronaldo Griffiths (400m H, 4x4 B), Joshua Hill (400m, 4x4 A), Dennis Johnson (100m, 4x1), Victor Kibiego (1500m), Maxwell Kipkosgei (1500m), Juan Olmos (800m), Julio Pacheco Estrada (200m, 4x4), Mathew Polk (200m, 4x4), Abdulroauf Rashid (200m, 4x4 A), Emilio Rios Jr. (high jump), Michael Sims (800m, 1500m), Zacarias Velasquez (100m, long jump), and Jordani Woodley (110m H, 4x1, 4x4).
