2013 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 19 games ... hit .417 on the season (5-for-12) ... had a .533 on-base percentage ... went 1-for-1 with a run scored and recorded three putouts with an assist in a win over UC-Riverside (2/10) ... recorded five putouts behind the plate in a victory over LSU-Alexandria (2/16).

2012 (FRESHMAN): Played in 10 games ... had a hit with a run scored against Brown (3/3).

PRIOR TO UTEP: A standout at Coronado High School (El Paso, Texas) 2010 El Paso Times Top 25 Players to Watch ... batted .554 as a senior with a slugging percentage of .940, 43 runs and 26 RBI ... named to All-City and All-District all four years of high school ... was also a member of Student Council.

PERSONAL: McKenzey Joy Finley was born in El Paso, Texas to Don and Charlotte Finley ... she has one brother, Mitchell, and two sisters, Whitney & Vanessa ... double major in accounting and finance ... nickname is Mo.
