EL PASO, Texas – UTEP women's golf will conclude the fall portion of the schedule at the Mercer Invitational held at the Brickyard Golf Club (par 72, 6,174 yards) in Macon, Ga. on Monday and Tuesday.

This will be the fifth and final event of the fall for the Miners, who have finished in the top-five as a team in three of the four tournaments to date.

Live scoring for the tournament will be provided on GolfStat.com.

Action gets underway each day with back-to-back 9 a.m. ET shotgun starts. Monday will feature 36 holes with 18 more to follow on Tuesday.

Mercer, Daytona State, Samford, Wofford, Lamar, Seminole State, FIU, Morehead State, Georgia State, UTEP, Eastern Kentucky, Jacksonville, Stetson, Florida Gulf Coast and Troy will be participating in the event.

Competing for the Miners will be Andrea Ostos, Sophie Delfosse, Daniela Chipchase, Marta Romeu Chen, Nawel Ben Letaief and Ella Hammond-Baveystock. Hammond-Baveystock will be participating as an individual.

Ostos, Delfosse and Romeu Chen, each returners who competed a season ago, have lowered their scoring average impressively. Ostos leads the way in that department having slashed 3.4 strokes off her average from a season ago.

Last time out UTEP posted a 54-hole total of 868, the second-lowest mark in program history, on the way to finishing fifth at The Clash at Boulder Creek.

The Miners will next hit the course on Feb. 12-14 at the Tulane Classic to begin the spring slate.
