DALLAS – For the second straight year, Veronika Lebisova has been named to the Conference USA women's tennis All-Academic team as announced by the league office Friday.
 
Lebisova boasts a cumulative GPA of 4.0 while majoring in kinesiology.
 
"This is a great honor for us to have Vero (Lebisova) recognized again for not only excelling on the court but in the classroom as well," UTEP head coach Ivan Fernandez said. "She works extremely hard, and I could not be more proud of her."
 
On the court Lebisova shares the team lead with 12 total singles victories while tying for second on the squad with seven triumphs in dual play. She is also a stout 13-9 in doubles action, including 7-6 during the dual portion of the campaign.
