EL PASO – UTEP Softball Head Coach T.J. Hubbard announced the team will begin its preparation for the 2024 campaign with eight games in four weeks at the Helen of Troy Softball Complex scheduled from early October through early November 2023. Two additional fundraising events are on the schedule, giving supporters and donors the opportunity to contribute to the UTEP Softball program.

SATURDAY, OCT 7th 
AT HELEN OF TROY SOFTBALL COMPLEX  
11:30 AM – Home Run Derby 
2:30 PM – Team Scrimmage (Open to Public) 

 Week 1 | On Sunday, Oct. 8, UTEP will launch fall play into action against Cisco College at 11 a.m. MT. The Miners will pick up two more games on Saturday, Oct. 14, taking on Western Texas College (10 a.m. MT) and New Mexico State (4 p.m. MT). 

 Week 2 | On Oct. 21, UTEP goes head-to-head with Frank Phillips College in a doubleheader scheduled for 5 & 7:30 p.m. MT. 

 Week 3 | UTEP will welcome Central Arizona College and Odessa College on Oct. 28 as it is scheduled to face off against the Vaqueros at 10 a.m. MT and the Wranglers at 4 p.m. MT. 

 Week 4: Homecoming | The Miners will host their Diamond Club Golf Tournament to kick off the homecoming festivities on Friday, Nov. 3, at the Horizon Golf Club. UTEP will round out fall competition with a contest on Nov. 5 against Sull Ross State at 11 a.m. MT. 

All games will be free and open to the public.  
All games will be played at the Helen of Troy Softball Complex.
